Would it be unwise for someone with severe motor tics to get a walking stick/cane in fear of using it to hit things or chucking it at someone? Maybe a wrist strap would minimize that.Īny tips please I’m sick of landing on my arse or taking breaks in my day because I’ve made myself too dizzy to walk alone. What sorts have you tried or considered and why did they work or not work out? Have you considered or used a walking stick or some other aid for balance? To those of you who, like me, have squatting, kicking, back-bending, blocking leg motions, or other tics that end with you suddenly on the ground when you would rather be upright: If you’re very suggestible please move on because they’re annoying ones to catch I can assure you. ![]() Stop!!
